Shipping policy
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days, M-F, except for holidays. We do not conduct business on weekends. Large orders may require additional handling time. Orders ship from Minnesota. We currently do not ship internationally.
Transit time within the U.S. is 2-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is charged based on the size and weight of the items you order, as well as the distance the package must travel. Currently, we are not offering Expedited Shipping. U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.
Occasionally carrier delays may occur. If you experience a delayed delivery, you are eligible for a refund or reshipment if the package does not show delivered within 30 days of the shipment date. We will not refund or reship your order before 30 days have passed. Thank you for your understanding.
If a package is refused, customer is still responsible for product and shipping costs. Please see our Return Policy.
If a package is tagged as "Return to Sender" by the shipping carrier due to Insufficient Address or any other reason, customer is still responsible for product and shipping costs. Please see our Return Policy.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to enter their address correctly on their order. We are happy to edit the Shipping Address for any order that has not yet been processed for shipping, however, Fresh Finds by KNCJ cannot be held liable for addresses that are entered incorrectly.
